Manufaktura Czekolady is called the company of Tomasz Sienkiewicz and Krzysztof Stypułkowski. It was founded in 2009 and both have known each other since high school. Both studied computer science, but took the step and started Poland’s first origin chocolate company. Handmade, from bean to bar chocolates. The whole process from toasting, winnowing, conching to wrapping the bar takes place in one place. Now they have three stores, two in Warsaw, one in Lodz, where workshops are held in addition to chocolate sales. Marcin Parzyszek joined in 2017, bringing twenty years of experience in the chocolate world.
