What is included in my subscription box?
You will receive 4 full size chocolate bars every month. Depending on your selection, you will receive all dark chocolate bars or a mix of dark and milk chocolate (2+2). Additionally, you will receive some information and expected tasting notes for each chocolate bar.
When will I receive my box?
If you subscribe before the 1st day of the month, we will ship your first box 2-3 days after your order is placed. All subsequent boxes will be shipped during the 3rd week of the month.
Please note, shipments only take place from Monday to Friday (Mo-Fri).
How much does the subscription box cost?
Our subscription box costs €24.99 per month.
This includes standard shipment with Deutsche Post / DHL (without tracking) in Germany.
To other countries, shipment cost will be added.
When will payment take place?
If you subscribe before the 1st day of the month, your first payment will be taken immediately, and your first box will be dispatched as soon as possible.
If you subscribe after the 1st of day of the month, your first payment will be processes on the 15th, and your first box shipped on the 3rd week.
All further payments will be processed on the 15th of the month.
How much does shipping cost?
Standard shipment to Germany with the Deutsche Post / DHL (without tracking) is included.
Standard Shipment to other European countries costs additional €4.50 per month.
Can I request shipping with tracking?
Absolutely!
Additional tracking for shipments within Germany is €4.99 per month.
Shipment with tracking to other European countries is already included in the €4.50 per month.
I’m still not sure, can I subscribe for a fixed period?
Absolutely! We offer a 3 and 6 months subscription to be paid in advanced. You can also use this as a gift subscription for a friend.
Does my fixed subscription renew automatically?
No. If you ordered a subscription for 3 or 6 months, then it will cancel automatically by the end of the period.
Can I add a personalized gift message?
Of course! During your purchase, add your message in the Notes section, and we will add a personalized note in your box. This way your friend knows who to thank.
Can I change my subscription’s address?
You can always change your address in My Account.
But to make sure that everything is updated on time, we recommend always to mail us at info@truechox.com so we can update your details.
Please make sure you contact us before the 10th of the month to ensure that the new box is sent to your new address.
Can I cancel or pause my subscription?
Yes. Please make sure you cancel or suspend your subscription before 10th of the month. If you cancel after the 10th, your subscription (and therefore its payment) will only be cancelled as of the following month.
You an find the option to Cancel or Suspend your subscription in your My Account page.
- Go to My Account page.
- Scroll to the My Subscriptions table.
- Select the View button next to the subscription in the My Subscriptions table.
There you will find the Cancel and Suspend buttons. Here you can also Reactivate a suspended subscription, or Resubscribe an expired or canceled subscriptions.
