Of all their bars, this Beyond Good Crispy Rice chocolate may be the hardest to stop eating. Our friends from Madécasse noticed this when they were in the process of developing this bar, since all samples disappeared very fast. The cacao used for this bar comes from western region of Uganda, from the small town of Bundibugyo. Located in the far western region of Uganda, this town is known for its cocoa production, which is settled near the Rwenzori Mountains, also known as the Mountains of the Moon. Cacao from Uganda is very distinct and pairs well with many flavors.
Beyond Good is a brand of Madécasse, who created the project “Grown in Afrika. Made in Africa”, focused in making chocolate with real flavor from African cacao and working direct trade with the farmers, to ensure transparency and fair conditions.
Tasting profile: crunchy texture with caramel and apricot flavors from the chocolate.
