Sugar-free choco-banana pancakes

Who doesn’t love pancakes? And, who can resist the wonderful combination of chocolate and bananas? We surely can´t!  😊

That’s why we’re sharing with you today one of our favorite recipes: sugar-free choco-banana pancakes! 

And the best part is that you don’t need sugar. All you need is flour, milk, eggs, bananas and of course chocolate.

You don’t want to eat gluten? Don´t worry, use gluten free flour, it works just fine.

What about milk? If you don’t want to eat milk products, use one of so many alternatives (almond, soya, rice-milk).

So, get your ingredients and let’s start!

This is what you need for 3 people:

  • ½ cup all-purpose flour
  • ½ cup milk
  • 1 egg
  • 2 ripe bananas
  • ¼ cup chocolate pieces

And this is how it’s done:

  • Mix egg and milk
  • Add flour and keep mixing
  • Mash the bananas and add them
  • Add chocolate pieces
  • Mix all together one last time
  • Heat a frying pan (medium-high heat)
  • Use a little butter or oil
  • Pour ¼ cup of the mix for each pancake
  • Cook until they are golden brown on both sides

For decoration, you can put some chocolate pieces on the top.
